1. General Terms

Welcome to the 77r7 platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 77r7 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and you ("user", "member").

By using our website, mobile application or any related services, you agree to fully accept these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

77r7 reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published means you automatically accept the new terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 77r7's services, you must be at least 21 years old. Opening an account for anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

• Each person may open only one account.

• Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account termination and any balance may be forfeited.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.

77r7 reserves the right to verify your identity and age at any time. For verification we may request a national identity card, passport or any other government-issued identity document. Failure to complete verification in a timely manner may result in temporary account suspension.

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) secure. Any activity carried out on your account will be treated as your own.

• Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
• Transferring account access to a third party is prohibited.
• Use a strong, unique password set exclusively for this platform.

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on 77r7: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals must be made to the payment method registered on your account.

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawing while an active bonus is in place may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus has a specific validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the given time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• If abnormal betting patterns using a bonus (bonus abuse) are detected, the account may be cancelled.

6. Gaming Rules

• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting a minor in playing.

8. Limitation of Liability

77r7 is an entertainment platform. While we strive to provide a safe and reliable service, our liability is limited for the following:

• Delays or failures in third-party services (such as payment gateways).
• Losses caused by internet connection issues or insufficient device performance.
• Unexpected technical outages or service disruptions during maintenance.

In any circumstance, 77r7's maximum financial liability will not exceed the balance available in your account.
